Before coaching, I spent 17 years inside Big 4 audit, GE Capital, ANZ and NAB. I saw why businesses stall. It’s rarely the product. It’s how the owner thinks, how the team is led, and the risks nobody watched.
So my coaching sits on three pillars: mindset, leadership and risk management. Most coaching stops at scripts and tactics. Mine starts with how you think, how you lead, and how you protect what you’ve built.
I’m a CPA and an International Multi-Award-Winning Business Coach. In 2026 I won the Silver Stevie for Mentor of the Year. I was also named National Winner at the Australian Achiever Awards, where my clients rated me 99.10% for satisfaction.
I work with brokerage owners and committed brokers across Australia, and HVAC business owners in the US. I coach through 1:1 sessions, CPD-accredited workshops and keynote speaking.
